7 OF THE RULES OF CLEANLINESS

In the East, there are 7 of the rules of cleanliness:
1 "Clean hands"
This means we do not take too much.
There is also implied fortieth, tenth or other portion of the proceeds
which should be given to those who need it.
2 "Clean Ear"
This means do not listen to people frightened, angry and fussy,
as well as to protect your hearing from profanity, gossip and idle talk.
3 "Eye Clean"
This means to protect eyes from hatred, anger, envy and lust.
4 "Clean mouth"
This means to protect your mouth from excessive verbiage and profanity.

5 "Purity of body and clothes"
This means comprise a body and clothing clean.

6 "purity of thought"
This means to remove the head of negative thoughts and evil thoughts.
And also, do not be self pity.
Why feel sorry for yourself?
Is not it better to cheer yourself for bright beginnings?

7 "Purity of soul and heart"
This means to protect and preserve their emotional outbursts and not ignore them.
Like and do not require anything in return.
Love is in itself happiness.
